Course Registration Agreement (EULA)
By registering for a DATASCRAPERS, LLC course or program, you agree to the terms below on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, the enrolled student and their legal guardian.
1. Program participation
You agree to provide accurate registration information, follow program rules, treat instructors and peers respectfully, and use program materials only for personal learning related to the course.
2. Online conduct and safety
Online sessions may be recorded for quality and safety. You will not share login credentials, disrupt classes, post inappropriate content, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.
3. Fees and refunds
Paid programs require completion of checkout before enrollment is confirmed. Refund and cancellation policies communicated at registration or on the program page apply to your enrollment.
4. Privacy
Contact information submitted with registration is used to administer the program, send confirmations, and communicate about schedules and materials. It is not sold to third parties.
5. Image and media release
You grant DATASCRAPERS, LLC a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to photograph, video record, and otherwise capture your likeness (or the enrolled student’s likeness, if you are registering on their behalf) during program activities, including online sessions, in-person events, and related gatherings.
You agree that DATASCRAPERS, LLC may use, reproduce, publish, display, and distribute those images and recordings—in whole or in part—for program documentation, education, publicity, marketing, social media, websites, print materials, and other lawful promotional purposes, without further notice or compensation. You waive any right to inspect or approve the finished materials before use, to the extent permitted by law.
If you do not wish identifiable images of a participant to be used, you must notify DATASCRAPERS, LLC in writing before the program begins. DATASCRAPERS, LLC will make reasonable efforts to honor such requests but cannot guarantee that incidental background appearance in group settings will be avoided.
6. Intellectual property
All works created, developed, stored, or submitted using DATASCRAPERS, LLC systems, accounts, equipment, lab environments, cloud resources, repositories, or program-provided tools—including but not limited to software, source code, scripts, designs, models, documentation, data, media, and other materials produced during participation in a DATASCRAPERS, LLC course or program—are the exclusive intellectual property of DATASCRAPERS, LLC.
You retain no ownership interest in such works except for any pre-existing materials you brought into the program that were not created on or through DATASCRAPERS, LLC systems. You may not copy, remove, sublicense, or commercialize program work product without prior written permission from DATASCRAPERS, LLC.
7. Disclaimer
Programs are provided “as is.” DATASCRAPERS, LLC does not guarantee employment, grades, or specific outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to fees paid for the specific program in dispute.
8. Changes
This agreement may be updated. New registrations require acceptance of the current version shown on the registration form.
